ACACIA CROSSINGS
Located just west of Smith Enke/Highway 238 behind the Basha’s grocery store. Acacia Crossings offers a small community feel with many grassy park areas, 3 children’s jungle gyms, walking trails, a basketball court, and a pass-through to Bashas. Great location for those that commute out of town as well. The new water park will be within walking distance as well!
ALTERRA
Located just south of the railroad tracks on John Wayne Parkway, Alterra offers multiple parts, walking/bike paths, picnic spots, and trees. Alterra is also in close proximity to all three levels of schools (elementary, middle & high school). It is also within walking distance to Copper Sky multi-generational center and close to Harrah’s Casino and the Movie Theatre.

DESERT CEDARS
Located on the northeast corner of John Wayne Parkway and Bowlin Road just over the railroad tracks, Desert Cedars is a smaller community with a play park and walking paths. This subdivision is in close proximity to the entertainment facilities Maricopa has been adding. If you are looking for a quiet growing community this might be perfect for you.
DESERT PASSAGES / SMITH FARMS
Located off Bowlin and White & Parker Rd. Dessert Passage (also known as Smith Farms) has one of the 5 community pools in Maricopa. Plus it has a tennis court. Not to mention other parks with basketball and trails. Close to the local community college, plus one of the private schools, and minutes from the local Walmart
GLENNWILDE GROVES
This Maricopa Subdivision is located off Honeycutt and is on both sides of Porter. Glennwilde Groves is one of the larger subdivisions. It features two community pools, 8 tot lots, and a soccer field. Near Pacana Park which has a catch-and-release lake as well as softball and baseball fields. Pacana Park is also where many City events take place. This is a great family subdivision and is in the heart of the city.
HOMESTEAD
Located just past Smith Enke & Porter. Homestead has a lake & several parks and tot lots. There is a basketball court, volleyball court, baseball, and soccer fields. Close to the City Library and not far from the Community College Campus. One of the two Mormon LDS Churches is also located within Homestead.

The Lakes of Rancho el Dorado
Located just east on Smith Enke Road past Porter, The Lakes of Rancho El Dorado is the III phase of the Rancho El Dorado Master Plan Community. The Lakes has a beautiful lake as the main focal point as you enter the subdivision. This is the only non 55+ subdivision with homes on the actual lake.
New parks are being added and there are several spots to enjoy the lake.
This is one of our fastest growing subdivisions in 2022 & 2023.

MARICOPA MEADOWS
Located just south of the railroad tracks over the bridge, Maricopa Meadows boasts the perfect location for schools within walking distance. It is home to the City’s High School, a Middle School, and one of the elementary schools. The Meadows entrance has a beautiful lake with waterfalls as well as a large park with lots to explore. Within the community are multiple play areas and walking trails. Play some golf Frisbee while your family enjoys a picnic by the lake.
PALO BREA
Located within walking distance of Harrahs Akchin Casino & the Movie theatre. Palo Brea is south of the overpass off Farrel Rd. The subdivision has a lot of homes that were built in 2021 & 2022
PROVINCE (a 55+ COMMUNITY)
Province is Maricopa’s gated Active Adult Living Community. Packed with amenities, Province is ideal for those that love to swim (2 community pools), pickleball court, bocce ball, and many activities in the clubhouse. The Province clubhouse has an indoor pool, ballroom, state of the art fitness center, cafe, play cards, and a host of other activities. Live on the lake as well.
RANCHO EL DORADO
Maricopa’s original subdivision greets you on the left as you enter the city. Nestled behind a beautiful Palm Tree entrance, Rancho el Dorado is home to one of the 2 Golf Courses in Maricopa: The Duke Golf Course. Rancho has a restaurant located at the golf course and has tot lots, playgrounds, walking/jogging paths, and a lake to enjoy a picnic by. Rancho is also home to two different elementary schools and is a favorite subdivision for those commuting into Phoenix on a daily basis.
RANCHO MIRAGE
Located east on Honeycutt, Rancho Mirage has a beautiful entrance with a lake on both sides. The subdivision had a lot of growth starting in 2020 and hopes to be completely filled in by 2024. With several playground areas and lots of walking paths, Rancho Mirage is a nice peaceful, community to enjoy outdoors.
SANTA ROSA CROSSINGS
Located south of the overpass and behind Desert Cedars & Copper Sky Multigen Park (left at Circle K), this newer subdivision offers many newer homes (2020 on). Close to all the amenities that Copper Sky has to offer.
SANTA ROSA SPRINGS
Located off the Maricopa / Casa Grande Hwy across from the Walmart, this community has mountain views to the west, covered playgrounds, a basketball court, and a sports field. It is also the home to many multi-generational homes for those looking to share a home with their parents or college kids. Quick access to anywhere in town.
SENITA
Located between Honeycutt Rd & the Maricopa/Casa Grande Hwy, Senita offers great access to those traveling between Phoenix or Casa Grande. The subdivision has several parks and playground areas and isn’t far from the Walmart shopping center. Centered in town, it has quick access to all the local shopping as well as all the entertainment areas. Senita also is home to some of the largest houses in Maricopa with many options for 5, 6, or 7-bedroom homes with 3,500 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft.

SORRENTO
This Maricopa subdivision is located as you drive out Honeycutt and head south on Hartman. It offers ease of access to both Maricopa & Casa Grande. Sorrento has a wonderful duck pond with a great kid’s water park. This subdivision has a tennis court and is adding new homes daily.
TORTOSA
Located outside the main part of town, Tortosa is about 7 miles east on Honeycutt. Tortosa was built with families in mind. Tortosa has all three levels of school (elementary, middle, and high school. There is a lake, several parks, and even Frisbee golf you can play. This is a growing community that will take a few years to finish off.
THE VILLAGES OF RANCHO EL DORADO
Left on Smith Enke as you enter the town, The Villages is phase II of Rancho El Dorado. If you are into an active community with lots to do, the Villages might be for you. The Villages at Rancho El Dorado include a community center with fitness facilities, a play pool, a lap pool, playgrounds, a splash pad, basketball, and tennis courts. Due to the variety, the Villages has to offer, it is of the most desirable subdivisions. Homes in this Maricopa subdivision range from 1500 – 4000 sq ft and all styles and prices.
